Introduction

This accessibility policy was approved by the Boldly Forge as of May 27th, 2023.

Boldly Forge is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements, and channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, we have implemented UserWay, an AI-powered solution that ensures our website is compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), ADA Title 3, and Section 508, among others​​. This tool allows us to provide an accessible website experience that enables individuals with vision and other impairments to understand and use our website just as effectively as someone without disabilities.

The UserWay widget offers features such as a text and color contrast modifier, link highlighter, and the ability to pause flashing and/or animations. It helps to ensure that our website is accessible to people with visual impairments, seizures, and other cognitive problems. Additionally, it uses machine learning to scan and interpret every element on the page, automatically fixing accessibility issues to provide full context to screen readers​.

Boldly Forge is committed to continuous improvement in accessibility. In addition to regular user testing and coding our website to WCAG standards, we use UserWay to regularly scan our website to ensure ongoing compliance. We make timely changes to any inaccessible elements if any are found. We maintain transparency by making our most recent accessibility compliance reports available to the public upon request.
